EVNNE burst onto the scene in September with their first mini-album, [Target: ME], aiming to become the "target" of everyone's attention. Comprising seven members who previously gained recognition through music survival shows like BOYS PLANET, EVNNE carries a diverse range of talents and charms that promise to dazzle K-Pop enthusiasts worldwide.

Exploring [Target: ME]

[Target: ME], the group's inaugural mini-album, is a collection of six tracks, each showcasing a different facet of EVNNE's talents. Leading the pack is the title track, "TROUBLE," which exudes a wild passion for shaking up the world. "Role Model" reimagines West Coast hip-hop, celebrating idols' ambitions to inspire each other as role models. "Pretty Thing" combines hip-hop and synth elements to describe love at first sight, while "Your Text" is a groovy R&B track diving into the hopeful anticipation of hearing from a loved one.

Notably, members JI YUNSEO and LEE JEONGHYEON lent their lyrical talents to "JUKEBOX," an uplifting anthem that encourages savouring the moment, especially during challenging times. The album's final track, "Even More," is a medium-tempo synth-pop song and marks EVNNE's first fan song, expressing their desire to treasure every moment spent together.

The group's name, EVNNE, an acronym for "Evening's Newest Étoiles," reflects their aspiration to shine brighter than anyone else and to have all eyes on them.

Chatting with EVNNE

During the roundtable with EVNNE, we took the opportunity to get to know the group a bit better:

Hallyu Doing: “How would you describe yourselves in 3 words?”

PARK JIHOO: “For me, it would be a combination of passion, sweat, and high spirits. Passion serves as our driving force, sweat symbolises the hard work we put in, and our high spirits reflect the mischievous and determined nature of our group. Together, these elements fuel EVNNE's journey towards reaching new heights.”

Hallyu Doing: “What would you like to say to any new fans or first-time listeners?”

YUNSEO: “"TROUBLE" and [Target: ME] mark the beginning of our journey. If you became our fan through this album, please know that this is just the start. We have many more improvements and growth ahead, and I would deeply appreciate it if you could join us on this exciting journey and enjoy the entire process together.”
